We tap into creative arts as a tool for establishing and growing wellness habits which are useful both professionally and personally. At the end of 2020, we created a reflective wellness exercise that prompts participants to take a closer look at what good may have happened despite the pandemic and what attributes of strength this season has developed in them. This exercise is timeless and can be done whenever you need to pause for optimism. You will need a ball of yarn to make a #HopePompom at the end.
